1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the hosted Software in accordance with these Terms.

You receive no ownership rights.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Software only if:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• You are legally permitted to use the Software.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer
• Copy or modify
• Resell or sublicense without authorization
• Use unlawfully

4. SaaS Nature

This is a hosted software license.

No source code rights are granted.

5. Termination

We may terminate immediately for violations.

6. Warranty Disclaimer & Liability Limitation

Same limitations and disclaimers as stated in the Terms of Service apply.

7. Governing Law

Governed by Texas law.
